Cancellation Policy
To cancel an online, phone and/or shadowing service(s), please contact your selected consultant at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours to the service may not receive a refund, but may transfer the service to a different date/time. To cancel a hands-on service, please contact your selected consultant 14 days in advance. Cancellations made within 10-13 days of the event will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 5-9 days of the event will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 1-4 days of the event will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will receive a 50% fee. When you book a service, you agree to these terms.
